Bright Green Fluoresent Liquid?

yes thats what is on the ground under the engine only about a teaspoonfull but its been the last 5 days so going to run out soon but dont know what it is or where its coming from any ideas please did have a/c regasses 2 weeks ago not sure if thats it or not please help 2.5 diesel yours hopefully neville
 
The Gas, oil, leak detector mix in my aircon was green. If it's right at the front under the RAD then I would suspect the aircon condensor which is a known failure item.
 
it seemed to be mid engine bulkhead end? if that helps not transmition thats red not coolant thats clear as have a leak and dont know where that is going tasted it its not sweet so dont think antifreeze not washer bottle thats blue but if it was a/c that would escape as a gas not a liquid i think

Your coolant is clear?That would make me very upset.
 
I had a coolant leek that had to come via alot of very hot places, by the time it ended up on the ground it was reduced so much it was the consitancy of engine oil but was actually coolant and it was green.
 
the air con contains not only the gas but pag oil in suspension with the gas to lubricate the compressor. also present in the system is likely to be a green dye. this is a leak detector fluid that flouresses under ultra violet light to enable detection of a system leak. i think that Datatek is probably correct. this is the fluid that you can see.
 
Defo the a/c. Replaced my condenser rad recently and that had bright green fluid much brigher than anti freeze. Think its the leak dye they put in it like Tufty said.
 
i tried to get anti freeze lastweek at halfords took the book with me but still could not find the right stuff do i need to go to a land rover shop?
 
well they only had 2 blue or red dont know which it is?dont want to put wrong stuff in might cause probs later
