`Brands hatch` A little help for a little £

hi all ,

i bought a rr 2.5td which has the troublesome beemer hot start ball ache engine , i bought a hot start fix box off ebay and decided to fit said box yesterday , all went perfectly although the box didnt work so clearly didnt go that perfectly

removed box and returned wires to as before , re connected battery then a few hours later needed to go to work so i set the windows and had another message saying speed limited to 35 and EAS manual , ive turned off speed limiter and now all i have is the EAS manual message , i should state that springs were fitted and bags removed from suspension prior to my ownage .

what im thinking is that a fault code was cleared and has now returned since i dis and re connected the battery , i have no idea if a `magic` box was fitted to bypass the EAS or if my instincts are right and simply had bags removed and codes cleared .

im in brands hatch if any of you kind sir`s would pop along with a laptop and clear my codes please , of course i dont expect it FOC .

Have any of you any quick fixes with easy to follow guides like using bypass wires ETC

Try asking them in the Rangie section mate, this section is really supposed to be for emergencies, and I would have though more of the people that will be able to help will see it in the Rangie section

ok i shall post in the correct section though it is an emergency as i need my vehicle
