Is the Defender 200TDI or 300TDI available brand new ( not refurbished). What is the cost of either of them & where is it available?

Nene overland did convert some for 3rd world countries might be worth ringing them
I bought LHD Defender 110 SW 300TDI from Nene last year. It's a 2008 production car with "rest of the world" spec.
Talked with Nene people at Billing this year and they have brand new LHD 300TDI's in stock. You have to ask about RHD though. Ring up Tony or Andrew (http://www.neneoverland.co.uk) and ask for it. I'm sure they can help you.
As for price - depending on spec (with or without conditioning, etc) you might look at 17-18 K£.

IF they can produce lots then I know they will sell A Shead loads. when I was in Afghanistan every organisation was crying out for such vehicles.
