Hi folks, got a few ideas what could be wrong but never hurts to get several opinions, and being so close to Xmas I don't have an endless pit of money, when braking fairly heavy I am getting a violent judder, does not seem to be one sided but definitely from the front , checked pads and very worn but not down to metal so replaced, discs seem ok, master cylinder on order as if pushing pedal hard will eventually go to the floor after around a minute, fluid all changed no visible leaks.

usually warped discs, could be loose tre's/bushes i guess or badly balanced wheels.

i'd say discs if the pads are worn down. just change the lot.. they'll need doing anyway esp with winter coming up.

Worth checking discs with a dti gauge in situ
Worth a look at caliper pistons too, you've compressed em back when fitting pads, were they stubborn to move at all?
They could be sticking

No they moved very freely and judder began before I changed pads. Just ordered discs thought it could be this of collapsed flexible pipe, so will let you know. Thanks
