Brake wobble and high speed noise?

Hi all, just about to start the first 'tinkering' with the Disco 2...

Drove it back from the UK towing a horse box- no problems at all as I was under 65mph all the way. Now I've taken it on a long run at higher speeds it makes a groaning noise when steering right at approx 70mph - all OK when driving straight but as soon as I put a little pressure on the steering wheel to steer anywhere right I get a groaning noise. Is it likely to be a UJ joint on the way out?

Also has a bit of steering wobble when braking from high speed so not yet sure if this is connected

id check wheel bearings,then hold drag link,track rod etc whilst some one vigorously rocks steering wheel you should feel were play if any is
