Hi . My 300tdi ES Disco with ABS has failed its M.O.T on a brake problem and i'm after some ideas on the cause. The tester said that when the pedal is pressed down under heavy braking it continues to creep down therefore causing a poor braking reading. There is no fluid loose from the system. So i was wonder if the plunger in the master cylinder might of inverted or if anyone can think of another possible reason . 
Seal kits for the master cylinder are landrover only so its cheaper to buy a new cylinder. Absolutely bananas.
The seal kit i need is the £115 + the dreaded. Also alot easier to fit a new cylinder
