I've got a 110 CSW and the brake pipe that runs down the chassis is looking a bit dodge so I was thinking or changing it. does anyone know what the part number is and where to get the pipe? I'd prefer to get a pipe with all the bends in it coz I know how crap it would be if i tried to do it.:eek: Oh! Its a 1993 200tdi :)

cheers
Dave

dave they are real easy to make up fella , ive got the flairing kit and i reused all my old fittings. pipe should only cost a couple of quid in a motor factors. i can always pop round and give you a hand if you like.
its also a good excuse to change over to some .9 mil heavy guage copper pipe. bending it couldnt be easier.

Stealership :eek::eek::eek::eek: no chance!!

Rob, where'd you get your pipe from mate?? How much did you end up paying? I Might have to go for new fittings, they're the originals and I seem to remember getting the rear axle's lines off was a bit of a job:( Suppose I'll see when I come to take them off though. The other motor's going for an MOT next w/end so might have to wait untill that's legal..gotta watch the pennies now :D

dunno dave , il have a gander through my reciepts. i can remember the .9 mil was harder to find and i could only buy it in 25 feet rolls so it might be an idea to do all the pipes at the same time. 25 feet though didnt do all my 90 but i was building from scratch.i think it was summit like 16 quid a roll , not sure though.

yup , drinking brake fluid and id be like a falling down curly wurly my self.
cheap night out though.:)
