I have been through most of the posts in this forum but can't mind seeing one on prake pipes. What is the best copper or is there an alternatve.

Copper copper is the best copper for copper brake pipes.

Sod it copper it is. If it corrodes it is easy replaced not a big deal but i value the info. thanks

Copper is cheap and easy to work with. No need for carbon-fibre-ceramic-glass-asbestos brake pipes of whatever stupid thing they will come up with next to make you pay double for the same product.

Used to use something called Kunifer, seem to remember it doesn't work harden like copper.
