brake pipe size

took my 52 plate for mot today first failure in 3 years of owning it. it needs a brake pipe changing front to back . the test bloke says i can put a repair piece in to replace corroded bit. what size of pipe will i need and is there a kit available to replace the corroded piece. i have no doubts i can do it its just the sizes of pipe needed and fittings to do the job im stuck with ..

why not have a look at it, and measure it

do i measure in imperial or metric for the replacement piece.

You need 3/16inch pipe for the freelander brakes, but the pipe connectors are metric. If you want long lasting pipes ask for kunifer this is a copper alloy, not pure copper because copper on its own work hardens with age.
