I have an 88" early S2 I am trying to do my brake lines, but I am having a problem looking at bad drawings of the male and females on the lines and where they go, can someone please link me or post a good pick/drawing up, so I can follow it? Thanks

Yes they do and the part numbers there too, is there any bit in particular you are struggling to identify
If you’re doing a full set I would recommend getting yourself a brake flare tool

Thanks, looks like just 3 females, 2 on the front and 1 on the hose to the rear, thanks saves me getting it all lines wrong, I think I have the lengths..... o_O

Yes both multi connectors accept males, all wheel cylinders males, the coned nuts females , brake flexis male both ends. To get the lengths I used some stiff wire , if using old original ones as a template there’s not much room for error so best to add a bit.

I have most of them, but I will try and salvage the original ones as well, But I think I might have to get more

The original clips are very nice, way better than the newer p clips, its little details like this that make a car, and also one of the things that the anoraks pick up on.

True, and they are more expensive almost £1 a clip lol

Ok I just was trying to make them up before the chassis comes
I would also advise against doing that. I would be making them up on the chassis and fitting them into the clips as you go and then when you get to the end putting on the fitting and flaring it. Save a lot of hassle when the pipe is slightly too short on a premade version.
