brake disc fitting problem

Not quite you average problem. Fitted the correct new rear discs for my 300tdi 90 only to discove they are sitting too far out and are in contact with the caliper on the outside. This is a pain as i have just threadlocked the entire hub assembly.. I wonder if i have not seated the new rear oil seal (the old one was split) firmly enough and this is holding the whole assembly further forwards?? Help please. I am meant to be taking it camping in three days. Thank you

If you re-did the oil seal and bearings at the same time, sounds like its not sitting on the stub axle properly. Either way your going to have to take it all off and start again.
