Bought a car from auction, No mod 654!

Good Evening all,
I have purchased a vehicle from auction, its a ex-mod car, I have tried contacting DESA a few times for it and they have not replied, (They dont have a phone number any more). I am stuck with a car that I cannot legally drive and I cannot register. Does anyone have an idea what I can do? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Trying to get the MOD 654 form is proving to be difficult!

Maybe ask the DVLA a you can have online chats with them
