. so you mean i've been misled all these years? i always thought diesel was a fuel, well you learn something new nearly everyday. so what is diesel then if it ain't a fuel? oh and yer actual mass air metrey thing should measure the amount of air going in and adjust the fuel( or diesel) accordingly.DiscoJ said:

So then the older model TDi Discovery adjusts the fuel by it self. Dam you are right you learn some thing new every day. Explain to me how a Mechanical pump can do that?
Not trying to pick a fight or anything. I am just interested. I always use to race Turbo petrol cars and this is my first diesel
