Body mount bushes

Hi im at work (work offshore) and looking at making up some HD body mounts for my project disco but cant seem to find dimensions. Can someone please tell me the dimensions of the body mount rubbers please? Ideally the O/D of the bush and the diameter of the extrusion part that sits into the mount.

Anyone? anyone able to measure theirs? or have some spare laying about to measure?
