bmw fuel injection pump

hi guy's would the fuel injection pump from bmw325 or any bm fit the p38

a quick search for 325 and FIP on this site returns....

yes they will my p38 diesel had engine out of 525tds fitted last year i put it in complete with pump when i plugged it in i had no start and injector light would not go out so i changed the tops on the pumps and problem solved the electrics on the pumps are different but the pumps are the same . the tops of the pumps are timed when the bolts holding the top down are loosened the top moves . so if you switch the tops and you find it runs bad you can sort it by adjusting the top.
