hi guys
my father bought an 2005 vouge we tryed to connect his phone to the factory bluetooth system and the phone could not find LAND ROVER on its list of serched devices now the hand book states that it can hold 8 phones in its memory, so now im thinking that the memory is full and wont allow any new devices to be programed is there a way of deleteing the memory to let me connect another phone to it

cheers folks
mark:)

Im having the same problem with a 2009 Range Rover. My husband did his phone first (iphone 4) and had no problem, I tried to do mine (iphone 3gs) and it cant find Land Rover

There must be a sub menu within the Bluetooth options to delete existing phones and sync new

No good searching for the cars stereo as if you have not set the stereo to pair a phone you won't be able to pick up the Bluetooth connection

What does the user manual say ???

The Bluetooth system I have in mine (02 vogue) not sure if the 05 is the same but you can only connect 5 phones and the last connected has priority. But if you attempt to connect phone number 6 then it will auto delete phone 1

Also don't think you can delete phones individually just as a while group?

I've read the manual (I only read these things when I get stuck!)

It doesnt have any troubleshooting guide. It just says turn bluetooth on, on phone, it will automatically search for devices, when its found 'Landrover' it will ask for a pin number, type in pin and away you go.

It doesnt give you any further information or what to do if it doesnt work except check Land Rover website for compatible phones. According to list mine is compatible

Make sure all your other phones are not turned off( ie bluetooph turned off on all your other phones)
Whilst sat in your landy.
Then do a search with new device.
Then type in 2121
Bobs your uncle, jobs a good un, easy Peesy lemon squeeze

I've read the manual and gone on the Landrover website, the older L322s aren't compatible with a lot of newer phones because the Bluetooth software in the unit is an early version. I've tried pairing with old phones I've got and have got nowhere, so I've just got a CR-9 Phone Cradle and Sony Ericsson T610 phone off ebay for my vehicle. Got a PAYG sim for it (when it arrives) and will just set up call forwarding on my phone for when I'm out and about. It also means that I will be able to use all the features built in to the sat nav and steering controls.

Yeah! I got it to work. It seems like the problem was that my husbands phone that has already been paired with it was stopping mine from working as it was in the car at the same time. Remove husband/husbands phone and problem solved! ;)

Hi all just brought a rr l322 vogue 03 iv got no phone on my sat nav is it because the last owner had a phone cradle put in

No, if the phone option isn't displayed on the display (Sat Nav screen) then its because its not connected somehow.
Have a look in the boot, left hand quarter. Check for water etc.
Is the phone actually in the cradle? Does it have a SIM card fitted?

Hi. I have recently purchased an L322 (57) and managed to pair my iPhone however I have to pair it every time I leave the RR is there anyway this system will remember my phone and save me having to pair the phone every time
