Freelander 1 Blue anti-freeze in V6

Is this o.k? I see that for the K1.8 it has been o.k'd - why would a garage use this ?? - changed and serviced solely by garage until I bought it.

Do I need to flush and change or leave it - any damage to be done?

It'll be fine. The KV6 was designed for glycol based coolant anyway. I used it in my V6, 6 years ago and it's still in there now.

3 or 4 years for blue glycol based coolants. 5 years for pink AOT coolant.

maybe there're old school or maybe they had loads in stock. That's the reason I use it if I can.
