yes still got all the wheel covers

been a naughty boy actually, was supposed to be getting a price for freelander simon regards postage

not had much time at work to get a price from post office and would cost around £9 to courier deliver

regards the HID kit, you would need 2 ballast units

such as

35W 12V Xenon HID Ballast Replacement Suitable For H1 H4 H7 H11 | eBay

you get one for each lamp

then, youd plug it all in and see if any of the bulbs worked, im sure i would have binned any that didnt and these were spares i had collected from various kits over time

if not, youd need a pair of lamps too that are similarly priced

very easy kits to install etc so its worth a fiddle if you fancy it

I use them now.and they can pick up from house or work or bin if u aint home.

Or theres shops that you just drop it off at and they collect there every day.
