Bloody doors

Since buying my disco i have started playing around and keep finding more and more things wrong, this time its the front doors.
Bought new battery's for the fob (single button type) as they were flat but would lock the doors although i couldn't lock the door from the key, anyway bought some new battery's and decided to take the door panel off to have a look, the key part of the lock wasn't connected so i have re-fitted this and now when i lock the door from the fob both front doors lock and unlock instantly but the rear doors lock and stay locked.
So i have a problem, disconnect the front door key lock and rely on the fob or leave the key connected and hope no-one notices the doors are not locked.
Is there anyway of adjusting the door locks so i can both?

Get some of these Land Rover Discovery Door Lock Latch Repair Spring Set on eBay (end time 06-Jul-09 15:52:19 BST) as you'll need them at some point anyway. Pull the cards off the doors and see what you can see.

It's your springs that have broken ! I just did mine, bit of a pain on the front but the back are not too bad.

Does anyone have a guide on what to do?
I have just ordered the springs set off ebay, hopefully this will work

IIRC when I bought a set of springs they came with reasonable instructions.
