Blocked back wiper

Hi

I have a blockage in my rear wiper on my 2001 TD5. The motor is working ok but no water is coming out at the back. The blockage appears to be in the middle somewhere as we took the front wheel arch panel off to check the motor etc and that work fine. water flowing through jet.Then took the spare wheel off and tested the jet on the rear wiper and nothing.

How do I check for a blockage and where do I start? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks:confused:
 
I have just repaired mine. I have a 2004 TD5 and it was the non return valve which is inside the back door about 10 cm from the end of the pipe.
The local dealer didn't have one in stock so £2.30 from Halfords. I was replacing the rear wiper motor as well so already had the door stripped down.

Seconded! Mine had simply split open and i clicked it back together, worked fine since. I reckon it was filled with pure water and burst it open, as if i brim the tank it seems to seep out of the passenger side headlight washer jet. Im guessing a previous owner just got sick of buying screen wash and put water in.....
 
Hi I've got slightly different problem. My rear wash wiper appeared to be blocked but discovered water came running out of the rear door when pump running. I found the pipe is split where it comes out of landrover body and into the rear door. Must have worn down over the years with the rear door opening and closing. Any idea how I can fix the split without having to replace the whole pipe?

two joiners and a new piece of pipe
