bizarre light issues

ok, trying to keep it brief. When i have the side lights on (compulsory here in denmark) the rear left sidelight doesnt come on or the front left, however when i indicate left, the rear sidelight blinks as well as the indicator AND the reversing light!! When i turn the hazards on the same happens, when i indicate right its fine...the only consistant thing is the front sidelight which never comes on despite me changing the bulb today, it did work when i fitted it, only noticed the problem 1st time i indicated left. I notice too that when i brake the dashpanel shows that the rearfog light is on, as soon as i release the footbrake the lamp on the dash goes off....im stumped, any wise words?

broken earth somewhere, feck knows where thou

It’s an earth problem, other bulbs being illuminated while switching on others is a sign of the circuit can’t be completed other than going through another bulb. Check your earth connections, joints to do with the problem lights.

Similar problem to me.

If I put my indicators on then press my foot on the brake the indicators go off.

Also rear lights flash.
