Bike racks freelander 2

Hi there, does anyone know if its possible to get a rear mounted bike rack for a freelander 2 without having to do the whole tow bar thing?

Welcome to Towsure - Discount Camping and Caravanning Equipment, EC Approved Towbars, Trailers and Trailer Parts from Towsure and other places do one that clamp around the rear mounted spare wheel. They also do two bent bars that screw onto two bolts coming out of the spare wheel nut holes in the spare wheel. I have fitted this type to my FL as an emergency bike carrier, but it is a pig to fit. you have to drill and tap the carrier behind the two unused holes and fit bolts through from behind. if you use the two existing wheel bolts they are to close together and the bike is unstable.
