Also welded on the rear door rubber seal bottom bit .

What about this hole.?

From inside

I’m not going to be able to get in and chop it out, was thinking, get power file inside and clean up, powerfile outside, try and make hole as clean as poss, lump of copper behind and then plug hole with weld.

Any other suggestions?

Plate fitted behind small hole and welded in.
Templates made for side and bottom big holes .

Added strengthening pieces to body mount outrigger

Knackered now.

Drinky poos time.

Nice. Not been great for weather. I've been painting eggshell and installing brushed alli sockets all weekend lol. Oh Well, buys me credit for my week off weldathon

All given a dose of Fertan, and left hanging overnite.
