Took master off now lol.
What does it do , pull seals ?

master wont suck fluid from res if cylinder is empty, putting your finger over hole means it has too as pedal lifted as it cant suck air through the hole

Just tried your tip and it is pushing fluid
So definitely bleed it from slave up but still might as well get a new one now tis off.

Just ordered a new one from Paddocks.
Local motor factors were £48 odd plus vat for a lpr one and have to order it in.
Paddocks £40 odd plus vat + 5 post but again lockheed.
If I had of bought the two int first place I cudda saved a tenner postage
