Anybody else had a bad experience with this company ????

nope.Suspect you have though.Maybe introduce ya self and post some more info?

Being a newbie cant really vouch opinion but as they are very local to me I have looked at them for service etc, they have a very good reputation and were "featured" on Wheeler Dealers on the Defender project for parts.

But if you have had an experience please pass it on it may save one of us some grief.

I've dealt with them, always been great with me, team there knows Defenders.

Astonman - well what can I say? You obviously are upset at something we have or perhaps have not done for you. I could be glib and say we have many happy customers, which although true will not help resolve your situation. I have therefore sent you an email to see what your concerns are and naturally try and resolve them.

perhaps we could hear both sides of this story, or delete the otherwise meaningless thread.

perhaps aston man would have been better off contacting berkshire landrover in the first place,then posting the question if his reply had been f++koff
