Bell Engineering or Ascrofts?

I would go for Ashcrofts because they have a 12 month warranty but Bell only have 6 months.
When I buy my recon IRD later this month, even though Bell have a good reputation on here, I'm going to use another supplier as they have a longer warranty, which suggests to me that they have more confidence in their product...
