beginner needs advice

Hello all in landy land,I recently bought a series 3 lwb diesel truck cab for 400 quid on ebay . with some help i am going to sort her out and get her on the road. Is it possible to fit different axles to get a wider wheeled look,and is power steering difficult to fit? Any advice would be great.TKOS.
