Probably going to head down around Broxbourne to start with this Saturday, see what's open and maybe head north towards Ashwell after that.

Does that mean youll be round my way spyderman?

Theres a lane i would not mind trying near ashwell, near the end though its really slushy, i dont risk trying it on my own :(

i went up there again last night, started going through it a bit and nearly got stuck so i turned round :D

Depends how we get on around Broxbourne, as to how far north we get.
Why not have a go at the Broxbourne ones?
Anybody else more than welcome to come along.

whaddon's out for me then, still got road tyres, going to be a few weeks until I can afford some new ones. Bought some strops today though, with a couple of shackles. Amazing how convenient it is working five minutes from skorpion racing. Saturday's still looking good from here who else is coming?

Ha Ha.... Oooooh now that was harsh! Seriously though, Luke was sayiong that he went there a couple of weeks ago and it was so wet it was dangerous!

Plus I'm reliably informed we're expecting snow on Sunday. (Not sure whether I believe the stories though.)

Shouldnt be long till i get tyres,
but got a few probs at mo, was going for insa turbo

But now i wanna go for BFG Mud Terrains ;)

Spoke to 3 shops today, 2 of them said they would not sell them to me because they will not go on my standard disco :(

Went down the Steppingly lane at the weekend for the first time since swapping the Tdi for the Td5 (with a Td4 very briefly in between).
Is it me or is the slope about halfway in getting steeper? Looks like several people have decided to take a route through the trees at this point to avoid the chance of tipping over (we didn't). Also had to divert through the trees further down as a fallen tree has completely blocked the track (tried the field first but there's no exit).
All good fun and the Td5 performed well apart from the towbar acting as a plough through the sticky bits. Water was deepish too, coming over the tops of the sill finishers.
Now, better dig the pressure washer out............

I don't think it had changed much when we did it a few weeks ago. The tree was down though. I tried to move it, but it's stuck fast. That was our only diversion.
