No ! not at all ! was just being silly !

Cheers matey, It was a ruin when we bought it, being doing it all myself for the last 20 years !! The mill does'nt run but everthings still intact if ever we do want to get it going. Probably be more interested in re-building the water wheel and making some electricity

I've got a huge ruin in 20 acres in Catalunya. Had great ideas, but a forest fire 6 weeks after buying it put pay to most of those. Still not recovered on the land 7 years later.

Lol I would have to agree!! Full refund given by LR specialist and about to order one from Bell.

Let you know how I get on after it's fitted.

Yeah me too... My dad stole my dream and he successfully moved out there and built a big house about 10 miles away. My gaff has the nearest neighbour 5 miles away- just what I like! It's 20 mins from the mighty River Ebro so the idea was to run it as a fishing holiday B&B. Ah well.... now I'd be happy enough to convince the mayor to start an industrial hemp co-op! Pyrenees are my fave place in that locality. Would love to do a east/west trip through the Pyrenees via mountain tracks.
