I would recommend ordering the ball joint already pressed into a new fulcrum bracket, as if your paying someone to replace the ball joint for you, said person will be out to lynch you after potentially quoting say... £100 to change it, and not realising how difficult it can be to get them out and the new one back in
The time saved in changing the whole bracket will be more than the cost of the bracket + ball joint
