Well I got a pass today so decided to sort the bearings out on the 110. I'd started them a couple of weeks ago but broke a brake pipe getting the calliper off so its been on axel stands while i sorted out spares etc. I've done a fair bit of tarting up the inside with soundproofing, seating etc, but this was my first "mechanical" job.

Read lots of posts so armed a box of tools I threw myself in. I was a bit worried about getting the old races out and drifting in the new ones but the trick of cutting the old one to drift in the new worked like a charm... Cheers Buster :D

Fitted the new bearings surprisingly easily, I know you all said it was easy  cleaned up the calliper and fitted the new brake pipe. Bleeding was a piece of **ss with the Gunson kit.

All sorted and now feeling rather pleased with myself. Not a big job in the scheme of things but for me.... One small step and all that :)

Off to raz the boll***s of it in the field now :D
