axle ID

I'm trying to buy new CV joints for my defender, I've found the axle number but can't read it, how do I know which ones fit?

it's a 91 defender 90 200tdi

Yer best bet is to try and clean the area where the number is so's ye get the right part. Might be handy to use a mirror and a torch when it's clean
Both my front axles start with 20L....



and they're both 91 Defenders.

Ye'll be wantin' either part number AEU2522 (axles upto 20L 48865)
or RTC6862 (axles from 20L 48866)....... That's if they are the originals
