Here's one for you guys as a checkover job.
The second battery only charging at 6.12v..
After looking over the charging terminals on the unit close to the second battery housing.
the top one was burnt and the plastic capped brass nut was deformed. The contact surface was also charred, the lower feed to the second battery was actually loose so I removed the plastic/brass fittings cleaned everything up and installed traditional nuts with serrated faces.
So a new battery will be installed and the ecu notified then I'll go from there.
Not to say this is everyone's issue or concern but just a check over Sunday job.
