Auto Gearbox Warning Lights

I have a 2002 Discovery II TD5 ES. I have recently had it MOT'd and I now have the 3 Amigos as well as the 2 green auto gearbox warning lights flashing.
I have put the 3 Amigos down to the replaced front brake pads but the gearbox lights are a mystery especially since it is a manual!! Has anybody any ideas or other similar experiences.
I'm deliberately letting the windscreen wash run down so that I can aim for a full house!

Get your battery checked out as I have heard that a dodgy battery can cause this, it has happened to 2 owners I know at work altho their Discos were autos. The one charged his battery & was ok for a few days but in the end only a new battery cured it. Just get yours checked first, I hope it works for you.i
