auto gearbox oil

I am looking for auto gearbox oil for my 2004 disco. auto ES. Comma always recommends mineral one Dexron II, the manual says Castrol TQ Dextron III, Castrol is expensive for me, I think fully or semi synthetic is better?. I have not changed gearbox oil since. Can anyone recommend one?

Just standard Dex III

I use Millers ATF Millermatic I believe it's called.

I've used Castrol Dex III in my D1 ( same GB as your D2 bar the electronic stuff ) - but, last change I used Optilube Dex III synthetic and the box is noticeably quieter as a result ...

( couldn't get castrol at the time )
