P38 diesel 1997 when cold changes gear perfect but as soon as the engine reaches working temp it drops down a gear, the engine needs to reach 3500 rpm aprox to change through any of the gear, oil and oil cooler plus filter changed but bidnt help, I'm thinking sensor or solenoid , anyone got ideas what it could be, all help and advise appreciated.
