Auto Box Discovery 2

Discovery 2 has been sat on the drive for the last 2.5 weeks awaiting front prop shaft fitting, which has been done this afternoon. All okay, drives well, can select everything but not the first gear which up until today I have never had a problem with it

........ any ideas please. Cheers

Cant select? as in wont go in position 1?

Maybe the linkage has been disturbed?

adjust cable if it physicaly wont go ,theres a clamp on the side ,plus adjustment on end were it secures to box
