Hi, new to the forum and probably going to ask a question that's been asked a thousand times but here goes:)

The speed sensitive volume on our Freelander 1 has decided to go solo and change up or down when it feels like it. More frequently over bumpy surfaces. Not sure if related but the on/off vol knob is a little lose and we generally leave the audio on as it a pain to get the unit back on again.

The audio unit is the built in dash 6 cd Variety.

Thanks

It's not bank holiday yet :flame2:

Unless you can replace the volume control I suspect you'll need to replace the radio

If that dun't work. Petrol and matches will :5breddevil:

I had to repair a modern radio for a person and found out they no longer use the nuts to hold the potentiometer in place they were just soldered to the board .what stupid thing to do so this might be why yours is loose
