Audio Buzz When Radio Is Off ???

audio buzz

hi could anyone help i have a JVC , DVD player in my range rover but when the stereo is OFF i get an interference buzz throw the speakers that i cant seem to stop i have fitted 2 x ground loop isolators but didn't fix the problem if anyone has a same problem or know how to if it let me no thanks again for all your help

What RR is it and what speaker set up? Sounds like interferance through the Amp.

its a range rover P38 4.6 petrol v8 1998 , the speakers are standard range rover, 2 in each door with the door amps and the sub in the back
