easy lift
tuff lift
it is some grren straping and material
a big u bolt and a bit of black metal plate
think it helps lift the heavy wheels onto army wolf landys
swap it for a cheap roof rack not botherd if its the old 2 bar type just for kids bikes they getting to big for back me 90 with them now
or make me an offer
its brand new in packet by the way........
