Aren't Freelanders great?

Nor me.

Two Defenders and two Freelanders at home, plus Disco 4s at work.

The Disco 4 is awesome, but not really my style for a personal car.

Cheers

Didn't mean to start a fight with this thread, more an appreciation society. Oh well, just goes to show that we can't all agree on the same thing.

Anyway, for my part I think my Freelander's great, and I suppose that at the end of the day, that's what matters to me.

Have fun everyone!

I went from a BMW E46 to a Freelander too. I was expecting the change to take a bit of getting used to, but it didn't in all honesty. I got used to the Freelander very quickly. The only thing I miss was the cruise control, OBC and the lovely climate control system. Though, it's nothing I can't live without!

My daughter's Dodge Caliber CRD was due, for the first time as the car got 4 years now, for the from now on yearly MOT, I told her I would go with her to show where it was etc... but this morning, in an impulse, I decided to get the Hippo as well, I had to go later this month anyway. So unprepared, just highpressure washed it quickly yesterday, I went along and it passed with flying colors. Not even a remark. The beast is ok again till january 9th 2012.:tea::tea: Oh and btw. Also the daughter's Caliber passed without any remark, as her car has only 4 years and she's doing less than a certain nbr of kilometers a year her green certificate is valid for 2 years now. I paid €38 and she had to pay €41 (3€ more but my certificate valid 1 year, hers 2. Even for that they try to get some extra money....)
