Apple Car Play

Evening,

I’ve got a 2019 Range Rover Velar S D240. Does anyone know if I can retro-install apple car play? I didn’t bother with it when choosing my upgrades as I didn’t have an IPhone but I do now. I assume it’s just a software thing and there is no hardware involvement?

Can’t believe it doesn’t come as standard when you’ve spent close to £60k on a motor. My wife’s 3yr old Astra has it!

Think it might be a bit to new for us.!

Depends on what interface you have in the centre console - it can be retrofitted but needs the correct hardware to work.

Do your USB connections do more then charge the phone?
