Car won't start, could be million of things

It is not my daily driver but I do need to get it running at some point, my wife is not happy :blah: in my ears all day since it broke down and fail to start

Petrol (Thor or GEMS)? Diesel? Just decided not to start? Probably resync required.

does putting in the EKA code via driver door re-sync the P38?

No, what SaS meant was the sync between the engine ECU and the BeCM, this needs to be done using a syncmate or diagnostic device.

looks like a good idea to get the diagnostic tool but they all over £300
