It may as well be on the moon, as me nor my FL1 is going to pay a visit

Ah - but are we really 100% sure that £129 of our British pounds actually includes the price of the oil?

There will be an extra catch in this somewhere.

Probably it's a dodge so that they can find other things needing doing.

Looks to me like they give you a list of faults if they find any. No obligation to get them repaired. I expect they will give you a quote for repairs but there's nothing to stop you going else where.

I had one of these today because I have the landrover mags think i will stop subscribing and maybe I wont get this cr-- through anymore is the filtter made out of gold

It's the Kwik-Fit effect, get em in wi some cheap (not in this case tho) offer and then find loads "wrong" with your car.

Come on, it includes a wash and vac which must be worth £3... Oh yeah actually...

Easy job once you've got the bash plate off!

And about a tenner in parts.

Hope so, it's on the to do list, we've no idea when the oil was last changed, so it needs doing before the car does many more miles

I have said it before - Kwik Fit deal is Mobil 3000 fully Synth and Unipart Fitler inc taking off bash plate all in £34 and that's over 6 litres of oil and you can watch them do it - oh yes and they replace the filter seals as well.

So I suppose if you need a diagnostic the Landrover deal is okish otherwise well £129 or £34 mmmm now let me think!

Because they have a national pricing that says - Diesel 2lt = £34 They haven't priced by car.

Also they will do a free check on your car and suggest you have things changed like Tyres, brakes, wipers, bulbs etc etc but they don't insist on you taking up tube offer of releasing more money to them!

Go in for the oil change and come out having just that. To be fair they did alert me to a blown rear bulb and didn't suggest they did it.

I have had it done about 6 times with them now 2 on the Freelander and I can't fault the service - it's great value.

They also buy that oil in huge drums so I suspect it's a lot cheaper that way. And a National purchase.
