Anyone near the Forest of Dean want to swap my Series 3 with their Range Rover?

Hi guys, just wondered if anyone would be interested (in principle) in swapping a range rover classic with my 2.25 petrol 1980 '88 series 3 pickup. Basically, it failed the MOT in August on the chassis, mainly on the bottom facing bits around the back (about 4 different holes) . I considered welding it up for the MOT, but it needs a new rear cross member, and I'm loathe to put a new cross member on a chassis that is quite crap. It's had lots of bad repairs in the past too including some shocking patches on the front dumbiron (not guilty..). So I've been basically been trying to decide on whether to get a new chassis, or get a rangey!

The rest of it is really nice. The body, and the engine is pretty good really, and everything works, it's just a crappy chassis I just want to get a Rangey though, and I thought I'd ask on here before I go and sell the S3 to fund it I'm only interested in 4 door variants. Not too fussed about what engine, as it will never be a commuter vehicle or anything like that.

Anyway, just thought I'd put the idea out there

i would swap it for my ****ed 4 door..but read rust..and i mean rust..and am no where near you..
