was there someone on here eons ago called reggs ?

"Contract lawyer" Is it shocking to say the truth and the fact that i approve people who reminds others the written texts. Do not see any superiority statement or whatever.

I must say you're making a mistake.
BTW, my truck has been registered March 1997 so this mod is legal.

I believed you were more open minded in UK about modifying vehicles.

For your information, in theory you can't modify anything at all in France on a vehicle or it should go to registration test again with few chances to obtain it.

In practice, you can modify as long as cops and insurance experts don't see it.

You can have a 5.2 RPI V8 as long as it's written 4.6 on the plenum. Who will demonstrate that you have more HPs than you should.:D

anyways .......

anyone see the end of the x factor tonight ? - tort that teacher bloke was right good

Only just seem your post about ball height. Yes I have a multi height, fitted to a 2005, 2006 model, L 322 Range Rover supercharged although its not immediately accessible.
It's used to tow a 4 wheel 2 ton boat trailer and an Ifor Williams LM186, trailer also 4 wheel.
I'll let you know as soon as I find out.
Wouldn't have specified the original fixed height detachable tow ball if I'd realised the multi height was also detachable, so I've got both.

Found my notes about the ball heights:-

With the Range Rover at normal height, i.e. not Access or Off Road, the measured heights TO TOP OF BALL are:-

Gooseneck detavhable ball: 390mm/15.4"

Multi height ball low: 350/13.75"
medium: 380/15"
high: 440/17.3"

Hope this info isn't too late to be useful
