Any NANOCOM wizards near N.Essex?

Defender Td5 won't start. I think it's probably something to do with the alarm/immobiliser which I'm told can be accessed using a NANOCOM?
Obviously happy to pay if someone can help, cheers.

I had similar trouble last year and thought the same issue as you....but no..
