ANY HELP GRATEFULLY RECEIVED!

I had a turbo blow on my L322 2010 3.6TDV8, repaired it only to find the fuel pump had gone aswell. Had that reconditioned and fitted it back on. Now the car won't start. It fires up for 1 maybe 2 seconds then conks out with a puff of white smoke (might still be a bit of oil from the turbo in the back box) I'm getting this code... P0104

I've changed both MAF sensors and still having the same problem. It's got a big new battery on it by the way and a new fuel filter. Getting plenty of fuel to the engine but just won't go!

Any ideas please?

Hey there, any progress? How badly was the turbo blown?

Hi Mark, the seals had all gone inside and it drank all of its oil! I've had the intercooler off completely today and rinsed it out with petrol instead of break cleaner and a load more sludge came out the left hand side... and she started up!!! Finally!!!! I'm changing the starter motor on Monday as that seems to be on its way out, probably due to trying to start her up 1038585829 times the last couple of months!

Wow, so it was choked with oil? Your lucky it never ran off its own oil and completely blew up:eek:
Lucky escape :)
