Can't help but that's what you get by swapping bits .. fitting involves fettling parts and modifying them to make 'em fit .. Have fun .. ;)

You need a 200 tunnel unless you fit an r380 with sort belhousing. My mate has just dad the same problem as you. In the end he use a 200 and 300 tunnel cut down to fit. Looks quite tidy too.

might help if you provided some decent info.

Vehicle, type and age and the engine that was originally fitted
new engine type and the vehicle is came out of
gearbox type and the vehicle it came out of.

modifications made etc etc. otherwise your asking a blind man iwhat he thinks of ur noo tattoo...

engine and gearbox sit further forward on v8s ,300 tdis and td5s thats why it dont fit a gearbox sat in 200tdi or earlier position

cheers james

it was a 200 tdi engine and box that came with the 90

all i done was strip it down and galvy
the chassis and rebuilt it
seat box tunnel bulkhead came with it as extras
i just fitted the extras when i got the chassis back
did not know the differences until now
but no problem
its just a matter of asking on the forums
and there is normally some one that has asked or dunnit before
which i appreciate
regards
mike

Nice one .. if it works, fits you, and you're happy then it's a good result.

It's always hard to say what will and won't fit when changing stuff on a Landrover, so many aren't 'as they were' when they left the factory .. ;)
