Hi People i have spent about 3hrs reading posts have gatherd some great info. I have a Disco 300tdi es Auto that starts fine, Idles fine but will only hold revs for 30secs of so before the check engine light appears and revs cut instantly back to idle (engine does not stall) the check engine light then goes straight out and then lets me rev engine again for a period of time before process starts again. I have read poss solutions as fuel filters and lines. Lift pump. Turbo hoses. MAF sensor etc.
I just need a few opinions in which order i should go through or a direct fix would be nice
